Venue Hire

At Livingstone Community Centre we offer a number of spaces for hire. Hall Hire and event space bookings can be made by contacting the Centre.

Main Hall Hire

Main Hall is available for hire on Saturdays (not Sundays) and some days during the school holiday breaks. It is a popular place for children’s birthday parties, workshops and special events.

There is a no alcohol and no smoking policy in place for all events.
Late evening events cannot be catered for due to residential noise restrictions.

Cost correct at January 2026: Main Hall which includes use of the Kitchen facility and outdoor area including small playground is

$260 for a 4 hour morning or afternoon block. This allows for a one hour set up and pack up and two hours for your party.
Extra hours may be booked at $55 per hour.

In addition there is a reimbursable $150 bond. A Hall Hire contract also needs to be completed and signed.

The Courtyard & Playground

The courtyard and playground is a popular and fun space enjoyed by our Playgroup families
and other programs to enjoy outdoor activities.

If you hire the hall for a birthday party or other event you can also enjoy access to the courtyard area.

The Kitchen & Kitchen Foyer

Our kitchen is a clean, well equipped and bright space for hall hirers to attend to their catering needs. Facilities include a 900mm Technika oven, Zip instant boiling water unit and a microwave oven. Use of the kitchen is included when you hire the Main Hall for a 4 hour block.

The Prayer Room

The Prayer Room is a warm, cosy and carpeted space perfect for smaller groups getting together for regular activities, workshops, Prayer meetings and meditation. Hire cost at January 2026 is $37.50 per hour.
